Tiger Butter Fudge
This Tiger Butter Fudge was the first candy that I ever learned to make, taught to me by my sweet mamaw, with all the patience and love only she could give. Every swirl of chocolate and peanut butter feels like a little piece of her still stirring beside me in the kitchen.
Tiger Butter Fudge
2- pkg- 12 oz each white chocolate chips
3/4 c creamy peanut butter
2- c semi-sweet chocolate chips
Line a 9x13 baking pan with wax paper.
Microwave white chocolate and peanut butter in a large bowl uncovered on Med power for 1 minute. Stir. If necessary microwave again for 15-20 second intervals until melted and smooth.
Pour into prepared pan and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Microwave chocolate chips in a Med bowl, uncovered for about 30 seconds. Stir. Continue heating the chocolate chips in 15-20 second intervals until melted and smooth.
Pour chocolate over white chocolate and with a butter knife you can make swirls or just spread evenly for a layered look. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour. Lift the fudge from the pan and remove the wax paper. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Store in airtight container in the fridge for about a week, enjoy!!
